A few projects we did just this year have shown what we do and what we are about.
From building a new home, to lifting an existing home ten feet and installing a full
foundation and basement, to adding an addition, to replacing steep pitched roofs,
these are just some of our specialties. We recently installed all new windows and
molding in a 75 year old historic home without disturbing the integrity of the structure.
The Learning Channel had also contacted us and we did six episodes for the show
“Town Haul” which aired for two months nationally.
Another specialty of Homestead Improvement is maintaining homes for professionals
who want to come to their second homes and find their home to be well cared for, any
work contracted for completed and in pristine condition. This allows our customers to
enjoy their homes worry free.
